This is an excellent writing about how calling sex "casual" sets it up to be toxic, awkward, and a bunch of other things that can dampen the pleasure we may experience. I prefer *intentional* sex, where partners decide the parameters & goals that include everyone's wants & needs.
BTW...I think this is applicable for professional dating relationships as well... Identifying intentions, which may be different for each partner (& not always about physical pleasure), helps create mutually satisfying relationships - even if/when transactional.😉
